お茶畑でオヒシバが咲いています。道端などに普通に生えるイネ科の一年草です。和名の雄日芝（オヒシバ）は、花のつき方が似ているメヒシバ（雌日芝）に比べて、穂や茎が太くたくましい草姿であることが由来です。
