キュウリグサ
キュウリグサが咲いています。道端などによく見られる越年草です。花序の先のほうは巻いており、２ｍｍほどの小さな花を咲かせながら伸びていきます。和名は、植物体をもむとキュウリのにおいがすることに由来します。
"Kyuuri-Gusa (キュウリグサ)" plants are in bloom. They are biennial plants that often grow on roadsides. Their upper part of inflorescence is rolled up at first and stretches when they bloom small flowers, which are 2mm in size. The name literally means ‘cucumber’ and comes from the fact that it smells like a cucumber when you rub the plant body.
