サンショウ
サンショウが実をつけています。サンショウの実は秋に熟しますが、写真のような未熟な果実は実サンショウと呼ばれ食用となります。収穫後、アク抜きをしてから佃煮などにされます。
"Sanshou (サンショウ)" trees are bearing fruit. While their fruits ripen in fall, the unripe green ones like in the photo are called "Mi-Sanshou (実サンショウ)" and are edible. After harvesting, their bitterness is removed and they are cooked in soy sauce to make "Tsukudani", a traditional preserved food.
