モリアオガエル
シスター大原に校内で撮影したモリアオガエルの写真を送っていただきました。モリアオガエルは池にせり出した木の枝などに、泡につつまれた卵を産みます。写真のモリアオガエルの指の吸盤を見てください。木を登るのに適した大きな吸盤をしているのがわかります。
下の写真は、築山の池のシダレザクラに付けられた卵です。
Sr. Ohara took photos of a frog called "Mori-Aogaeru (モリアオガエル)" at school. The frogs lay their eggs covered with foam on branches overhanging a pond. Please look at the suckers on the tip of their fingers in the first photo. They have large suckers that are suitable for climbing trees. The second photo shows an egg capsule laid on a "Shidare-Zakura (シダレザクラ)" tree by the pond in the artificial hill.
