ノウタケ
雨が続き、キャンパス内では様々なキノコが見られます。聖心坂の斜面にノウタケが生えていました。和名は、成熟するにつれて表面にしわが寄ってきて、脳のような見た目になることが由来です。中が白い幼菌のうちは食用になるようです。
It has been raining these days, so we can see many kinds of mushrooms in our campus. "Noutake(ノウタケ)" mushroom is growing on the side of the "Seishin Zaka(聖心坂)". The name is written like this "脳茸" in kanji and it means "brain mushroom". As they mature, its surface is getting wrinkles and they look like a brain. When they are young, they are white inside and edible.
